1) Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in cots).
2) Check in times are after 16.00 hours and check out by 10.00
3) Maid service twice a week and not weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise specified). Maid Service is one hour per visit.
Maid service does not include washing up. Additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.
4) Towels are changed every 3 or 4 days and bed linen is changed weekly – if additional changes are required these can be requested but may be subject to surcharge
5) No pets allowed inside the property. No smoking allowed inside the property.
6) A deposit of £300 against damages is taken and reimbursed in full if there is no damage within 15 working days of your stay.
7) We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out
8) Sunday check ins are sometimes possible, but may be subject to a surcharge
9) Payments for bookings may be made as follows – 25% on booking (mid & low) 50% (premium & high), balance 8 weeks prior.
10) Payment by bank transfer only.
11) From 1st Nov 2024 there is an additional local tax of €2 per person/per day at high season (1st April to 31st October) and €1 euros per person/per day at lower season (1st November to 31st March). This tax is applicable only to a maximum of 5 days and for those that are 16 or more years old. This will be added to your invoice.
